New patients welcome — we'll confirm your time by phone.

A first visit is mostly a tour. Your child sits in the chair, the chair moves, we count teeth with a little mirror, and that is often the whole appointment.
Dental bodies recommend a first visit by the first birthday or within six months of the first tooth appearing. That sounds early, and it is deliberate: it is a visit with nothing wrong, which is the easiest kind to come back from.
First visit by the first birthday, or six months after the first tooth.
You stay with your child throughout, every time.
Bring the bottle, cup or dummy they actually use — it tells us a lot.
If they will not open their mouth, that is fine. We try again next time.
What actually happens, in order.
Your child sits with you, or on their own if they would rather.
A quick, gentle look with a mirror — named, counted, and talked through as we go.
Brushing, bottles, dummies, thumbs, fluoride and what to expect next.
If it has gone well, we stop while it is still going well.
Questions we get.
If yours is not here, ask when you book — it is a better answer in person anyway.
